Some background…

As part of an initiative to increase awareness in of dental hygiene in Australia, J&J encouraged purchase of floss, brush and mouth rinse in one transaction with the reward of $50 cash back.

The mechanics…

First stage qualifying consumers received a cash back voucher which they mailed in with a dentist receipt to receive a $50 cheque. Consumers were given 6 months to visit the dentist and claim i.e in line with their usual check up period.

Our Australian office provided a fixed fee to J&J Sales Promotion agency to cover the entire risk of the promotion based on an assumed consumer response %.
